PROJECT & IMPLEMENTATION MANAGEMENT

A good planis not enough. It has to work.

A project only succeeds when the new way of working is truly adopted. We bring structure to planning, vendors, decisions, testing and go-live — and keep an eye on the people who have to work with it.

03 / DELIVERY WITH ACCOUNTABILITY

SCROLL TO EXPLORE ↓

01 / THE CHALLENGE

From agreements on paperto results in practice.

Many projects do not stall on technology alone. Dependencies sit idle, decisions arrive too late, and nobody has the full overview. We make ownership, progress and risks visible so work can become purposeful again.

No big promises. First understand what is needed.

02 / HOW THE APPROACH LOOKS

Every phase needsdifferent stewardship.

From preparation to aftercare. Explore the implementation journey and see which activities, decisions and controls belong to each phase.

04 / FROM CHALLENGE TO USE

No black box. Clear steps.

We discuss choices along the way, show working intermediate results, and make clear in advance who is responsible for what.

05 / FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Good to know beforehand.

Can you lead a project that someone else builds?
Yes. Project and implementation management can stand apart from software development by 4RTY.
Can you take over a stalled project?
We can first run an independent review of scope, planning, risks and open decisions, then propose a recovery plan from that.
When is the implementation finished?
We agree that up front. Preferably it does not end at go-live, but after acceptance, handover and an agreed aftercare period.

06 / YOUR NEXT STEP

A project that must notkeep hanging?

Tell us where you stand. We surface the key dependencies and decisions and look at what is needed to move forward.
