THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TESTING AND USING
In a pilot everythingoften still fits on one screen.
There is a clear example, a bounded dataset and someone who knows exactly how the demonstration should work. That is useful: you can quickly check whether an idea is technically possible.
But in an organisation work does not follow one neat route. People have different rights, exceptions arrive unexpectedly and existing systems have their own rules.
WHAT THEN CHANGES
The question is no longer:‘Can this?’ but ‘Does this work here?’
That asks for more than a clever model. The software must reach information safely. Someone must own the outcome. And users must know what they still control themselves.
That is why we bring process, operations and acceptance together already during design. A working first version is a step, not the end result.
